What’s a DRFA? Guiding Financial Discussions in Mediation
This three-hour continuing education course is for mediators to strengthen their understanding and confidence in collecting, analyzing and mediating financial information during domestic mediations. We will discuss approaches to gathering information, methods of organizing the numbers, and how to discuss financial issues with the parties in a neutral manner. We will also discuss how to know what you don’t know and when to refer clients to a financial specialist.
This course is approved by the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution for three hours of continuing education.

Practical AI for Mediators: How to Use Artificial Intelligence to Streamline and Strengthen Your Practice
This practical three-hour continuing education workshop introduces mediators to ethical, effective ways to use AI in their daily practice. Participants will learn how AI platforms can support mediation work—from scheduling and client intake to drafting communications, conducting research, and developing outreach materials. With a focus on confidentiality, neutrality, and professionalism, the session offers demonstrations and hands-on exercises to help mediators write better prompts and apply AI responsibly to enhance efficiency and quality in their practice.
Approval pending for three hours of continuing education credits through the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.
