The JCA tailors training opportunities to meet the needs of organizations and the goals of participants. Course offerings vary in length and content, but always include demonstrations, direct instruction, practice with feedback and roleplays. Learning opportunities are designed to produce skill and confidence. 
 
 

Examples of types of training available:

Four Day Basic Mediation Skills (28 Hours) - Approved by the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution as meeting the 28-hour basic training requirement for neutrals.

Three day Mediation class - with focus on workplace or educational disputes

Three day Advanced Mediation class 

Five-Day Basic Mediation Skills with Practicum (40 Hours) - Approved by the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution. With the Basic training and the Practicum, the participant is eligible to apply for status as a registered mediator.

One day Mediation introduction and overview
